From 495(Long Island Expressway):
Take 495 to the end, which is exit 73 East. This will bring you to Route 58, which turns into Route 25. Take Rt. 25 through the town of Riverhead. Continue heading east through the traffic circle, passing shopping areas. Once you cross over the intersection of Rt. 25 and 105, Laurel Lane will be 4.8 miles further east. Make a right onto Laurel Lane, 500 ft. up you will see the Beds & Borders entrance on the left side.

From Sunrise Highway:
Take Sunrise to Flanders Road (Rt.24 exit). Take Flanders Road to Rt. 105 North (Right turn). At the intersection of Rt. 105 & 25 turn right, you will be heading east on 25. Laurel Lane will be 4.8 miles further east. Make a right onto Laurel Lane, 500 ft. up you will see the Beds & Borders entrance on the left side.
